What you will do
- Own the overall frontend strategy and team leadership across core business verticals including Trading and Payment.
- Lead technical design and delivery for high-stakes features like wallet management, AI-powered trading, and KYC/AML implementations.
- Drive tech stack alignment and establish high engineering quality standards in complex crypto security contexts.
- Partner with Product, Backend, Security, and Compliance teams to drive cross-functional outcomes.
- Integrate AI into product decisions and design to enhance user experience and R&D efficiency.
- Communicate technical value to senior leadership and attract high-potential talent to the organization.
Requirements
- Must have a current right to work in Singapore (no visa sponsorship provided).
- 10+ years of engineering experience with 5+ years in technical team management.
- Deep command of React/Vue internals, performance optimization, and cross-platform solutions.
- Proven track record leading frontend for products with 1M+ DAU in high-concurrency environments.
- Strong understanding of Web3 ecosystems including ethers.js, wagmi, viem, and EVM contract interactions.
- Experience navigating the intersection of compliance, security, and user experience in fintech or crypto.
