Portfolio Manager Associate - FI (Fixed Income)

Location: In office at 400 North Roxbury Drive, Beverly Hills, California, US 90210

Salary: $92,114–$156,880 per year, plus eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Execute buy and sell orders for municipal and corporate bonds in primary and secondary markets.
• Implement trades aligned with client objectives and duration-targeted fixed income strategies.
• Analyze market volatility, trading trends, cash flows, coupon and maturity reinvestment, and liquidity requirements.
• Review orders for accuracy, record keeping, regulatory compliance, and proper final processing.
• Collaborate with portfolio management, research, investment, and quantitative teams on portfolio construction and market conditions.
• Use Python, R, or similar tools for data analysis, basic scripting, and technology-enabled process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in fixed income markets.
• Knowledge of Bloomberg and other financial market platforms, such as MarketAxess.
• Experience with securities trading, dealer relationships, and trading platforms.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, planning, and prioritization skills.
• Understanding of the economy, market conditions, investment philosophy, accountability, and ethical standards.
