What you will do
- Design and develop core infrastructure for high-frequency quantitative trading systems.
- Build high-performance components including execution engines, real-time risk control, and market data handlers.
- Optimize critical paths involving network I/O, memory management, and concurrency to achieve microsecond-level latency.
- Lead the design of underlying system architectures to enhance resilience and scalability.
- Collaborate with Quantitative Researchers and Traders to support strategy deployment and execution.
Requirements
- Expert-level proficiency in Rust with proven system-level programming experience.
- Strong command of C/C++ for high-performance environments.
- Extensive experience in building HFT systems or low-latency infrastructure.
- Familiarity with kernel bypass technologies such as DPDK, RDMA, or Solarflare Onload.
- Deep understanding of Linux kernel, TCP/IP stack, and performance tuning.
- Mastery of multi-threading, lock optimization, and lock-free data structures.
Nice to have
- Direct experience in high-frequency market making (HFMM).
- Familiarity with hardware acceleration solutions like FPGA or NIC offload.
- Experience developing high-performance distributed systems.
- Proficiency in Python for research or tooling.
