What you will do

• Develop and implement cross-venue market making strategies based on market microstructure and order book dynamics.
• Design quantitative models for pricing, risk management, and position sizing across multiple crypto venues.
• Build high-performance, low-latency trading systems in Rust capable of simultaneous execution across CeFi and DeFi venues.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of market making concepts, including spread modeling, inventory management, and adverse selection.
• Proficiency in Rust with a focus on building high-performance trading systems.
• Knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/UDP optimization and WebSocket connections.
• Experience with market microstructure, order book dynamics, and backtesting frameworks.
• Must be based in or authorized to work in Hong Kong

Nice to have

• Previous experience in proprietary trading, market making, or quantitative research roles.
• Proficiency in other trading-focused languages such as C++, Java, or Python.
• Understanding of crypto-specific market dynamics, including funding rates and perpetual swaps.
