What you will do

• Conduct research to identify target companies and decision-makers for two campaigns per week.
• Identify and qualify contacts based on specific ICP and targeting criteria.
• Segment and categorize leads by industry, company size, and role.
• Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Snaily.io for sourcing.
• Validate and double-check data accuracy using open sources.
• Continuously improve lead quality and targeting effectiveness.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in data research or lead sourcing.
• At least 6 months of experience in the IT industry.
• English proficiency: B1+/B2 or higher.
• Strong understanding of the IT industry landscape.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Crunchbase, or similar tools.
