Позиция: Lead Generation Specialist в IT компанию TechHive (Минск)
At the moment we are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join our team.
What you'll do
● Research and build target company lists
● Identify and qualify decision-makers
● Run outbound sequences via LinkedIn and email, write sharp, personalized messages
● Perform A/B test campaigns, analyze response rates, and iterate to improve conversion
● Manage and keep CRM data clean and up to date
● Work closely with the BD team to hand off warm leads and gather feedback on quality
● Track daily activity metrics and report on pipeline progress
What we're looking for
● English B2+ and higher (extra languages will be an advantage)
● At least 1 year of experience in lead generation, SDR, outbound sales, or marketing (IT/tech context is a strong plus)
● Ability to make up concise, research-based outreach
● To be comfort with data: spreadsheets, CRM hygiene, basic reporting
● Proactive and self-driven personality
● Motivated by results, not just activity
