What you will do

• Run diamond manufacturing processes using instruments and methods tied to lab work, characterization stations, reactors, and the laser room.
• Record and maintain accurate production and quality data; stay current on emails and process changes.
• Operate complex production equipment after completing required training for pre-production and post-production equipment.
• Clean, align, and maintain tools and equipment to maximize uptime and efficiency.
• Follow approved SOPs and safety protocols closely.

Requirements

• High school diploma (or GED); previous manufacturing experience preferred (small-component assembly and use of magnifying tools).
• Strong manual dexterity and excellent vision for precision tasks.
• Ability to sit, stand, kneel, climb ladders, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs; no work restrictions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to process information, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work weekends and overtime as needed; maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
