IT Operations Engineer (Linux)

Location: Worldwide Remote

What you will do

• Provide L3 support for internal IT infrastructure.
• Investigate, resolve, and document technical incidents.
• Deploy and maintain corporate cloud services, including payments, policy management, and data backups.
• Manage on-premises services, specifically monitoring, logging, and metrics.

Requirements

• Experience with Linux-based operating systems (Ubuntu Server).
• Proficiency in deploying and administering web services with a focus on proxying and high availability.
• Experience with monitoring systems such as Zabbix, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and web servers (Apache/Nginx).
• Knowledge of cloud workspaces (Google Workspace, Yandex 360) and identity management (SAML, SCIM, SSO).
• English: B1 level or higher

Nice to have

• Scripting skills in Python or Bash.
• Experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure, Selectel, Yandex.Cloud).
• Basic knowledge of computer networking technologies.
