What you will do

• Lead product planning, requirement analysis, and solution design for the AI Native engineering platform.
• Translate engineering lifecycle patterns from product, design, engineering, QA, and operations into structured product solutions.
• Design AI Agent capabilities for engineering scenarios, including solution generation, coding collaboration, and test generation.
• Drive the integration of AI capabilities with code repositories, CI/CD pipelines, testing platforms, and deployment environments.
• Establish mechanisms for product effectiveness evaluation and user feedback to scale the product from pilot to broad adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or related fields.
• 8+ years of experience in ToB products, platform products, or intelligent product solutions.
• Engineering background (software development, test development, or architecture) to work effectively with technical teams.
• Strong understanding of DevOps, engineering productivity, software delivery processes, and quality systems.
• Solid understanding of AI Agent product design, including task execution and workflow orchestration.
• Familiarity with AI coding products such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and Copilot.

Nice to have

• Experience with RAG, knowledge graphs, or intelligent workflows.
• Experience building engineering or DevOps platforms from 0 to 1 or 1 to N.
• Hybrid background of engineering-to-product transition or contributions to AI open source.
