What you will do

• Optimize and execute pricing strategies to drive profitability and support the overall pricing framework.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs such as revenue and total contribution to identify improvement patterns.
• Process large data sets using Excel and R in close collaboration with the Data Science team.
• Coordinate with Country Management, Category Management, and BI to align on pricing measures.
• Contribute to the development of pricing tools and AI-supported solutions to improve transparency and efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of full-time professional experience in pricing, revenue management, or data analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, lookups, large datasets).
• Must be based in or able to work regularly onsite in Cologne, Germany.
• English: B2 level (comfortable communication) required.

Nice to have

• Professional experience within the e-commerce industry.
• Hands-on experience with R / R Studio.
