Platform Software Engineer (DevOps)

Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Madrid, Spain (Hybrid model).

Salary: €60,000 – €85,000 gross per year (OTE: €66,000 – €93,500).

What you will do

• Own and evolve the internal enablement platform and developer productivity tooling.
• Modernize CI/CD stacks to support AI-augmented and agentic development workflows.
• Design and scale self-service CI/CD capabilities and reliable deployment pipelines.
• Improve build and release reliability, artifact management, and software supply chain security.
• Drive adoption of platform standards, golden paths, and automation-first engineering practices.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to balance enablement, security, and system reliability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or SRE roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with CI systems like GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
• Deep knowledge of containerized workflows (Docker) and Kubernetes-based delivery (Helm, ArgoCD).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and AWS cloud environments.
• Understanding of secrets management (Vault) and secure CI/CD practices.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Madrid, Spain for a hybrid work model.

Nice to have

• Exposure to AI-enabled engineering workflows and agentic development practices.
• Experience with GitOps and progressive delivery patterns.
• Knowledge of CI/CD observability and policy enforcement.
