What you will do
- Design and implement reliable technological standards for injection, blowing, and capping processes.
- Manage engineering and manufacturing networks to achieve group safety, performance, and sustainability targets.
- Collaborate with R&I and procurement departments on plastics strategies including rPET and SmartWeighing.
- Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support to regional and local business units.
- Organize and animate technical training workshops for operational teams.
- Monitor and define software and KPI requirements for plant digitalization projects.
Requirements
- Engineering degree required.
- 10 to 15 years of experience in injection, blowing, and capping processes for the PET bottling industry.
- English proficiency is mandatory.
- Strong project management skills and experience in supplier management.
- Ability to travel internationally up to 50% of the time.
- Deep understanding of lean manufacturing and performance improvement methodologies.
Nice to have
- French or Spanish language skills.
