Technical Maintenance Manager

What you will do

• Lead department in task management, maintenance, and project execution for continuous improvement.
• Monitor and optimize maintenance/project budgets including R&D and tool costs.
• Define, monitor, and improve processes via root cause analysis and action plans.
• Ensure 5S rules, HSE performance, and site energy efficiency.
• Optimize line shutdowns through preventive/predictive maintenance on machines, lines, and tools.
• Conduct green audits for new projects and achieve savings in performance, materials, and components.

Requirements

• French and English required
• Maintenance Master’s degree or engineering background in mechanics.
• Problem-solving methods, project management, mechanics knowledge, budget management, IT tools.
• Strong relationship skills, team spirit, synthesis, and rigor.

Nice to have

• Experience/knowledge in automotive industry and plastic parts.
