What you will do

• Develop and maintain production-grade ML systems, including models, features, and data pipelines.
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance through active monitoring and setting service level objectives.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to evaluate architecture solutions and business requirements.
• Contribute to the internal ML/AI community by sharing knowledge and coaching team members.
• Manage data governance processes and maintain data processing and storage systems.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant work experience in applying Machine Learning to commercial business problems.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Spark.
• Experience with data-driven product development, including analytics and A/B testing.
• Knowledge of ML facets such as recommender systems, deep learning, or MLOps.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
