What you will do

• Build a self-service data platform enabling easy and reliable data product development.
• Continuously evolve the platform to support real-time analytics, batch processing, and machine learning use cases.
• Build and maintain secure, scalable, and compliant data infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code and automation.
• Enable data ingestion, processing, and consumption at scale as self-service offerings.
• Mentor teammates by sharing knowledge, providing feedback, and driving engineering excellence.

Requirements

• Location: Based in Amsterdam or able to work onsite
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, Go, or Kotlin.
• Strong understanding of data engineering principles including distributed and stream processing.
• Fluency with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform) and container orchestration (Kubernetes) in cloud environments.
• Exceptional communication skills and ownership mindset.
