• Drive AI-first approaches to generate, enrich, and scale photo and video assets.
• Partner with production teams, engineers, and product managers to build scalable content creation workflows.
• Set quality standards and creative direction, including commissioning shoots and reviewing assets.
• Contribute to the AI Template Marketplace goals by integrating high-quality photo and video content.
• Coach and lead a team of photographers, videographers, and content producers.

Requirements

• Must be based in Sydney or Melbourne
• Experienced creative leader in photography or video with a strong point of view on quality.
• Proven experience working with AI tools in creative workflows.
• Experience leading creative teams and helping individuals grow.
• Ability to operate at platform scale with millions of assets.
