TL;DR
Designer (Spanish Speaker) (iGaming and AI): Creating premium visual assets and culturally relevant campaigns for global sports, entertainment and social content with an accent on visual storytelling, brand building and multi-market creative production. Focus on developing campaign concepts, evolving the Betway visual identity, collaborating across creative disciplines, and integrating AI-assisted workflows into design systems.

What you will do
- Create impactful, strategic and on-brand creative for campaigns, social, digital and content channels.
- Develop visual narratives and campaign ideas that strengthen communication across global markets.
- Support sponsorship and ambassador campaigns across football, Formula 1, MMA, baseball and other sports and entertainment partnerships.
- Collaborate with creatives, strategists, marketers, editors, motion designers and production teams.
- Present creative concepts and design rationale, manage multiple projects and work within studio workflows.
- Use AI-assisted tools and modern creative workflows to improve ideation, production and design systems.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
- Strong conceptual thinking, creative problem-solving ability and visual storytelling skills.
- Portfolio demonstrating excellent craft, typography, layout and brand-focused design.
- Experience in agency, brand or entertainment-led creative environments.
- Strong understanding of social content, platform behaviour and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Strong communication, organisation, collaboration, adaptability and attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of sports betting markets, odds, betting types and market trends.
- Experience in online gaming, casino, sport, entertainment or lifestyle brands.
- Working knowledge of motion, editing or animation tools such as After Effects, Premiere or Figma.
- Experience with social-first creative, photography, post-production, responsive design or mobile-first design.
- Interest in AI creative technologies and content systems.
