Staff Creative Design Lead (iGaming)

What you will do

• Concept and execute high-level creative design across campaigns, brand assets, social, CRM, sponsorship activations, and merchandise.
• Own and evolve the brand design language across typography, layout, colour, illustration, and visual codes.
• Take on the highest-stakes briefs and remain hands-on in producing benchmark-quality work.
• Establish briefing standards, feedback loops, file hygiene, version control, hand-off, and archiving practices.
• Own the design system, including components, templates, and guidelines.
• Represent the creative perspective, lead key initiatives, mentor designers, and deputise for the Creative Director.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on design experience with a strong, considered portfolio.
• Strong digital and platform-native design experience across multiple touchpoints.
• Experience building or operating a design system used by a design team.
• Experience establishing working practices such as briefing, feedback, file management, version control, and hand-off.
• Proven mentorship experience and the ability to give direct, constructive feedback.
• Experience deputising for a creative lead and a genuine interest in casino, gaming, or entertainment.
