What you will do

• Develop an AI-native digital banking solution from scratch.
• Own key functionality and user journeys within the mobile application.
• Design and evolve banking features including accounts, transactions, card issuing, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide technical guidance, perform code reviews, and facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with distributed cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
• Adopt modern mobile development practices and agentic-assisted development approaches.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in React Native, TypeScript, and mobile application architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Redux/Redux Toolkit and navigation with deep linking.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and an API-first approach.
• Proficiency in mobile UI/UX patterns and inclusive design principles.
• Experience managing releases via Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• English: Strong intermediate level (B2) or higher required.

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic-assisted development.
• Track record in greenfield complex projects.
• Experience in regulated industries such as banking, payments, insurance, or healthcare.
