What you will do

• Conduct risk-based reviews of financial crime indicators to ensure validity and alignment with internal policies and regulatory expectations.
• Identify control weaknesses, data inconsistencies, or gaps and recommend necessary remediation actions.
• Escalate high-risk cases for further investigation and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
• Maintain precise documentation and evidence to ensure all review outcomes are audit-ready.
• Analyze review activity to provide insights on emerging risk patterns and trends.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Southampton, UK
• Strong risk awareness and ability to apply judgement within defined control frameworks.
• Proven experience working with large and complex datasets, including interrogation and validation.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to draw meaningful conclusions from data.
• Confident verbal and written communication skills for articulating findings.
• Ability to manage workload independently with high attention to detail.

• Experience with Microsoft CRM Dynamics.
• Experience with FNZ One platform.
