What you will do

• Lead CNC integration sessions for new customers, gathering machine details and sample G-code
• Configure and validate post processors for routers, point-to-point machines, beam saws, and drilling machines
• Guide customers through workflows from Mozaik design to machine output
• Train on optimizer, tooling libraries, and file generation
• Test G-code, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with post processor team on advanced cases
• Provide ongoing technical support and represent at trade shows if needed

Requirements

• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Strong understanding of woodworking CNC machinery operations
• Ability to read and interpret G-code confidently
• Hands-on experience with woodworking CNC machines in manufacturing
• Clear communication to explain technical concepts simply
• Strong problem-solving with structured, methodical approach
• Ability to run remote customer sessions step-by-step
