What you will do
- Lead complex client service matters across APAC, acting as the primary point of contact and escalation partner.
- Manage relationships with regional stakeholders, front office, and global partners to ensure strategic alignment.
- Provide expert advisory on channel capabilities and onboarding solutions to optimize client services.
- Drive end-to-end ownership of service operations, ensuring high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Lead strategic transformation initiatives, including migrations, digitalization, and change programs.
- Strengthen governance, risk, and compliance frameworks and support internal audits with detailed analysis.
Requirements
- Professional proficiency in Mandarin.
- Proven experience in client service leadership and stakeholder management.
- Strong track record in project and transformation leadership.
- Expertise in operational risk management and regulatory compliance.
- Must be based in Manila (One Ayala Tower 2).
