What you will do

• Lead the design and delivery of quantitative research projects, ensuring methodological rigor and analytical robustness.
• Oversee advanced quantitative analyses, including segmentation, drivers analysis, regression, conjoint, and pricing.
• Translate complex datasets into clear, insightful narratives that drive client understanding and decision-making.
• Serve as the primary client contact on quantitative engagements to build trusted consultative partnerships.
• Mentor and coach junior team members in questionnaire design, data interpretation, and storytelling.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to shape quantitative offerings and identify market needs across APAC.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Analytics, Marketing, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• 7–10 years of experience in quantitative research within an agency, consultancy, or client-side insights function.
• Strong hands-on expertise in quantitative research design, data analysis, and interpretation.
• Proven ability to translate quantitative outputs into meaningful, strategic recommendations.
• Experience managing end-to-end quantitative projects, including clients, timelines, and budgets.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, multi-market, and multicultural environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in multivariate techniques, choice modelling, forecasting, or behavioural modelling.
