What you will do

• Lead targets and business for Strategy Planning & Optimization Solution (SPO) in the APAC region.
• Expand SPO solution business in the region, working with regional and global leadership.
• Plan and execute Go to Market strategy, including roadshows for target markets.
• Actively engage in thought leadership on relevant subjects.
• Act as Project Director for consulting mandates within the infrastructure advisory team.
• Oversee scoping, effort estimation, pricing, schedule, and proposal development during sales and pre-sales.

Requirements

• 15–20 years of overall professional experience, with at least 3 years leading strategic advisory projects as Project Director or equivalent.
• Proven experience in leading a strategic advisory or consulting business at a regional level.
• Minimum 70% of total experience in the power, energy, and water sectors.
• Demonstrated leadership in solutioning and delivery of complex advisory engagements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required; postgraduate qualification in Business Management is highly desirable.
• Exposure to working across multiple Southeast Asian countries, particularly the Philippines and Indonesia, is an added advantage.
