What you will do

• Maintain and continuously improve AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to deliver a robust, secure, and cost-efficient environment
• Automate and advance CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows (GitLab CI, Terraform) to ensure smooth, reliable, and secure production releases
• Own critical platform components on Kubernetes, including scaling strategies, secrets management, and core networking (VPC, ingress)
• Design, implement, and maintain observability (monitoring, alerting, logging) using Datadog, OpenSearch, and fluentd for uninterrupted 24/7 availability
• Act as an autonomous partner and expert to internal development teams, driving operational excellence across the organization

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience as a Platform or Site Reliability Engineer
• Strong experience with AWS and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Confidence with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Solid background in CI/CD tooling (e.g., GitLab CI) and Terraform
• Basic to intermediate Go skills
• Strong collaboration with agile development teams and internal stakeholders
