What you will do

• Play a wide variety of F2P mobile apps and slots games daily to gather intelligence.
• Collect hyper-detailed data on level progression, resource costs, live ops events, and CRM offers.
• Design experimental gameplay changes to meet specific learning objectives.
• Monitor and track changes in competitor apps over time.
• Collaborate with Data Science and Insights Analysts to present findings.
• Maintain a library of custom player profiles that simulate realistic behaviors.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a QA Tester, Game Tester, or in a similar role.
• Advanced data entry and intermediate skills in Google Sheets or Excel.
• Ability to consistently collect high-quality, high-precision data.
• Capacity to design new projects and lead peers to deliver on time.
• Working proficiency in English language required.
• Must be authorized to work in Poland on a full-time basis (no visa sponsorship available).
