What you will do

• Define and execute the long-term vision and strategy for the Design Department.
• Directly manage senior design leaders and oversee organizational development and succession planning.
• Provide executive oversight for game design quality and project delivery standards across the studio.
• Lead the end-to-end bid development process, including solution design, staffing models, and estimation.
• Partner with Business Development and Executive Leadership to drive new business acquisition and proposal win rates.
• Represent the studio in client-facing discovery sessions and proposal presentations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in game development with significant leadership expertise.
• 5+ years leading large multidisciplinary teams or departments.
• Proven experience in AAA, co-development, or live-service environments.
• Demonstrated success in bid management, proposal development, and estimation.
• Strong background in managing client relationships and supporting business development.
• Must be eligible to work in Poland and capable of working in a hybrid model in Warsaw or Kraków.
