What you will do

• Develop and maintain core spend management and payment processing systems.
• Manage the full feature lifecycle from technical design and development to testing and maintenance.
• Lead the creation of performant, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces.
• Integrate AI-assisted development tools into daily engineering workflows.
• Contribute to technical vision and drive the implementation of complex projects.
• Mentor fellow engineers and improve overall engineering processes and scalability.

Requirements

• Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
• 2+ years of software development experience (5+ years for Senior level).
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable products.
• Experience developing with the support of AI tools.
• Ability to translate business concepts into technical solutions.
• Strong customer-centric mindset and alignment with company values.
