• Lead technical strategy for healthcare accounts, providing guidance across data and AI systems.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and C-level stakeholders to drive technical alignment.
• Design and deliver customized solution architectures that address complex data challenges.
• Translate technical builds into reusable patterns for the wider Databricks community.
• Drive platform adoption by delivering measurable business outcomes beyond proof-of-concept.
• Mentor junior team members on technical discovery and use-case prioritization.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from the Amsterdam office (Hybrid).
• Business-level proficiency in both Dutch and English is required.
• Extensive experience in technical pre-sales and managing complex sales lifecycles.
• Deep expertise in data engineering, data warehousing, and GenAI.
• Strong coding skills in Python or SQL and willingness to learn Apache Spark.
• Experience engaging with customers in the healthcare domain is highly advantageous.
