What you will do

• Lead the product and architecture strategy for the Retail Banking Analytics domain.
• Co-create domain product roadmaps and establish efficient paths to production.
• Steer the vision for components and architecture, ensuring alignment with the broader tech landscape.
• Mentor engineers and foster a strong domain-specific technical culture.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and multiple teams to translate architecture into actionable designs.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Amsterdam (Hybrid).
• Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong experience in machine learning project lifecycles and data engineering.
• Hands-on experience with MLE workloads in public cloud, preferably GCP.
• Advanced Python skills for building data pipelines and model validation.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management and coordination of complex IT landscapes.

• Experience in the banking or financial sector.
• Proven track record of coaching and mentoring other engineers.
