What you will do

• Provide first-line support to the GC travel team, managing ticket escalation and global support coordination.
• Handle invoice management, including e-invoicing issuance, SAP data uploads, and credit note processing.
• Review Release Notes/GAPS and update training materials and Q&A documentation quarterly.
• Deliver monthly reporting on Concur, travel policies, and operational performance to identify improvement areas.
• Develop and deploy automation tools and AI-driven use cases for finance operations.
• Support the team leader in driving continuous improvement and leading PSM projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of professional experience working within a Multinational Corporation (MNC).
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, and Power Automate.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict management skills.

• Coding skills in KNIME.
