What you will do
- Develop high-quality design outputs including reports, presentations, and digital publications aligned with brand standards.
- Create compelling data visualizations such as charts, maps, and interactive explainers to make research accessible.
- Design visual assets for digital and print use, including social media graphics, webinars, and event materials.
- Contribute to the evolution of design systems, templates, and brand guidelines.
- Provide surge capacity and design support to regional teams across multiple geographies.
- Support regional teams with training and best practices in visualization platforms like Flourish.
Requirements
- Must be based in Spain
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or related field with 4–7 years of professional experience.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office design tools, and data visualization platforms like Flourish.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical content into clear, visually engaging design outputs.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines in a global environment.
- English: C1 level required with flexibility for global coordination hours.
Nice to have
- Experience with Canva.
- Knowledge of web-related tools such as HTML/CSS, Drupal, or UX design.
