What you will do

• Monitor high-volume medical alert alarms and determine priority response requirements.
• Contact clients and emergency services (Police/Fire/EMS) to coordinate urgent interventions.
• Manage inbound calls, verify patient demographics, and maintain accurate contact records.
• Troubleshoot medical devices and report malfunctions to ensure necessary maintenance.
• Support new client enrollment and collaborate between interdepartmental processes.

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• 2+ years of related professional or healthcare medical experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an energetic pace.
• Must be based in the USA (specifically Ohio).

Nice to have

• LPN, CNA, or Medical Assistant certification.
• Experience working in a call center environment.
