What you will do

• Develop high-quality design outputs across global templates, including reports, fact sheets, presentations, and newsletters.
• Create compelling data visualizations such as charts, graphs, maps, and interactive explainers to make complex research accessible.
• Design visual assets for digital and print use, including social media graphics, webinars, and website content.
• Develop infographics and storytelling formats that translate technical research into shareable content.
• Contribute to the evolution of design systems and brand guidelines, providing training on tools like Flourish.
• Support regional teams across multiple geographies during peak workloads and production workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, data visualization, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of professional design experience.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office design tools, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Flourish).
• Must be based in Germany.
• Excellent written and spoken English (C1+).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with reports, infographics, and data-driven storytelling.

Nice to have

• Experience with Canva and web-related tools (HTML/CSS, Drupal).
• Knowledge of UX design.
