Graphic Designer (Adtech)

TL;DR

Graphic Designer (Adtech): Supporting the local design and strategy team in conceptualizing and producing interactive video and display ad units with an accent on brand identity and creative innovation. Focus on delivering high-quality advertising solutions using the hirify.global Studio platform while collaborating across sales and operations departments.

Location: Must be based in Hamburg, Germany (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote).

What you will do

• Create compelling, immersive interactive video and display ads based on client briefs.
• Design outcomes that strictly adhere to brand identity and style guidelines.
• Support the local design and strategy team in building client presentations.
• Develop custom solutions to meet specific client requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales and Ad Operations teams to gather project specifications and deployment procedures.
• Innovate and deliver new solutions for the ad type portfolio.

Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience in Graphic Design.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Suite, specifically Photoshop and After Effects.
• Fluent in English required.
• Ability to manage tight deadlines and communicate transparently.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Must be based in Hamburg or able to work from the office 3 days a week.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of web development (HTML, CSS, Javascript).
• 3D design skills.
• German language proficiency.
