TL;DR

Provider Engagement Associate: Facilitating provider interactions with hirify.global and resolving escalated provider issues with an accent on contracts, claims processing, payments, and payment integrity audits. Location: Remote - USA (must be based in the Central or Eastern time zones of the United States)

Salary: $63,800 - $83,000 USD

What you will do

  • Learn hirify.global operational processes including Contracts, Claims Processing, Payments, Payment Integrity Audits, Configuration, and Grievances.
  • Act as the main contact for high-priority providers and lead external meetings to maintain ongoing relationships.
  • Investigate and resolve escalated provider issues and inquiries internally and externally, coordinating with internal and external teams.
  • Manage internal projects to improve provider experience, including provider education on best practices and new policies.
  • Perform root-cause analysis and implement improvements to reduce provider abrasion.
  • Use Excel (Pivot Tables, formatting, formulas, VLOOKUPs) and tools such as Salesforce, JIRA, and other provider/industry platforms.

Requirements

  • Location/Time zone: Must be based in the Central or Eastern time zone of the United States.
  • 3+ years of experience in health insurance or medical offices.
  • Comfort with coding; Certified Professional Coder is a plus.
  • Strong data/tool proficiency (Excel required; experience with Salesforce, JIRA, and similar tools preferred).
  • Ability to meet deadlines and accurately complete data entry, report generation, and provider claims analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external providers.
