What you will do
- Work with litigation and regulatory lawyers to uncover workflow pain points, recommend solutions, and demonstrate how Harvey fits into real legal work.
- Act as the voice of the customer by translating feedback and legal workflow insights into concrete, lawyer-ready product direction.
- Partner with product, engineering, sales, and marketing to shape the roadmap and ensure adoption by legal teams.
- Build and refine product demonstrations, workflows, and use cases for litigation and regulatory teams, including how AI transforms those workflows.
- Introduce new capabilities in a tailored, credible, and compelling way for each customer.
Requirements
- JD or equivalent legal qualification.
- At least 3 years of experience in litigation or regulatory practice (e.g., complex commercial litigation, investigations, antitrust/competition regulation, IP litigation, or related compliance/enforcement work) at a top-tier law firm, government agency, or sophisticated in-house legal team.
- Strong understanding of workflows, challenges, and demands faced by litigators and regulatory lawyers.
- Executive presence and relationship-building skills to establish credibility with legal professionals at all levels.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills for live demos, workshops, and strategic customer conversations.
- Curiosity about AI and its potential to transform legal practice.
