What you will do

• Lead the structured technology transfer of new and modified assays from R&D into clinical production.
• Define transfer scope, readiness criteria, and operational handoff requirements.
• Partner with R&D, Quality, and Automation teams to ensure assay scalability and robustness.
• Support clinical assay validations, including protocol review and data analysis.
• Oversee SOP development and ensure compliance with CAP/CLIA regulatory standards.
• Mentor the technology transfer team and establish best practices for risk assessment and governance.

Requirements

• Education: BS or above in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Genomics, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in clinical laboratory assay development, technology transfer, or operations.
• 3+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Proven success transferring high-complexity molecular or NGS assays into CLIA/CAP-accredited laboratories.
• Deep understanding of assay validation principles and regulatory requirements.
