What you will do

• Design and execute complex process development studies for vector and cell processing workflows.
• Perform bioprocess development in the lab, including bioreactor runs and downstream processing.
• Execute manufacturing processes in a GMP suite and document procedures via Master Batch Records.
• Author technical protocols, reports, SOPs, and manufacturing documentation.
• Provide technical expertise as a Subject Matter Expert for root cause investigations and CAPA.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support development strategies for new biological products.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (BS, MS, PhD) in process engineering, immunology, or cell biology.
• 1-5 years of experience in process development for gene or gene-modified products.
• Hands-on experience with bioreactors and downstream processing (filtration, chromatography, TFF).
• Proficiency in mammalian cell culture and primary cell processing.
• Proven experience authoring SOPs and engineering unit operations.
• Must be able to work onsite in Somerset, NJ.
