Global Social Media Intern (Marketing): Supporting the execution of Dolby’s global social strategy across music, film, and TV with an accent on platform-native content creation and community engagement. Location: Burbank, California, United States (Flex Work approach)

What you will do
- Create social-first content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X, including short-form video editing (Reels, Shorts).
- Manage day-to-day publishing workflows and maintain content calendars according to platform specifications.
- Monitor community engagement, track viral moments, and identify user-generated content for amplification.
- Coordinate and capture content on-the-ground for live events such as concerts and premieres.
- Support creator and influencer activations through research, vetting, and deliverable tracking.
- Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to ensure alignment with brand voice and global strategy.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing or a related field (or graduated within the last 6 months).
- Must be available to work full-time (Mon-Fri) for 3 months from September 21, 2026, to December 2026.
- Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube trends and formats.
- Basic proficiency in video editing and design tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Canva.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced global environment.
