What you will do

• Oversee and manage the voice quality of all business content to ensure brand consistency.
• Proofread and edit materials from conceptualization through final design review and publication.
• Ensure digital deliverables are error-free and function correctly across desktop and mobile platforms.
• Verify spelling, capitalization, and abbreviations for complex medical and scientific terminology.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to query unclear terms and flag inconsistencies.
• Perform final QA on both online and offline marketing content before client delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of professional writing experience.
• Must support US time zones on a long-term basis.
• Impeccable editorial and writing skills with comprehensive knowledge of English grammar.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, including advanced templates, styles, and table formatting.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience writing for an online audience.
