What you will do

• Prepare and update configurable communication elements within approved print and email templates, including HTML edits.
• Review and approve client communications for accuracy, formatting, and completeness before launch.
• Coordinate with print vendors on work requests, proofs, and revisions using established workflows.
• Track communication status and risks in Jira to provide visibility to stakeholders.
• Partner with Tech Implementation to support communications triggered through Iterable workflows.
• Maintain strict quality assurance practices to ensure polished, error-free member-facing content.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Austin, TX for a hybrid work arrangement.
• 2+ years of experience in communications production, email production, or template configuration.
• HTML experience required for email and template setup.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (Read, Write, Speak) is required.
• Strong proofreading, quality assurance, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and general business software.

Nice to have

• Experience with print production workflows and print vendor management.
• Familiarity with the Iterable platform for email configurations.
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry.
• Experience supporting operationally complex or regulated member communications.
