What you will do

• Perform high-complexity clinical testing in accordance with CAP, NY, and CLIA regulations.
• Troubleshoot assay performance and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
• Conduct rigorous quality control checks and report any deviations promptly.
• Manage laboratory inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of supplies.
• Assist in the training and onboarding of new laboratory personnel.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and laboratory policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or medical technology.
• 2+ years of relevant experience (or a Master’s degree with 0-2+ years of experience).
• Foundational knowledge of NGS, LIMS, and library preparation.
• Ability to work on-site in Houston, TX.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

Nice to have

• MB(ASCP) or MT(ASCP) certification.
