What you will do

• Partner with Sales leadership to model commercial pricing and set data-backed revenue targets.
• Analyze unit economics, including CAC and payback, to optimize acquisition-channel efficiency.
• Decompose margin movements to identify rate and mix drivers within the payments engine.
• Build and iterate on AI/LLM-powered workflows to automate manual FP&A tasks and accelerate insights.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models for P&L forecasting and customer acquisition.
• Create automated dashboards to provide leadership with on-demand, data-driven financial visibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Finance Business Partnering.
• Hands-on experience building workflows or tools using AI/LLMs.
• Strong proficiency in SQL or BI tools for self-serving data analysis.
• Solid grasp of statistical concepts applied to forecasting and business analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills with a focus on model auditability and integrity.

Nice to have

• CA, CPA, CFA, or CIMA qualification.
• Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
• Background in Financial Services or the Payments industry.
• Management consulting experience.
