What you will do
- Partner with Sales leadership to model commercial pricing and set data-backed revenue targets.
- Analyze unit economics, including CAC and payback, to optimize acquisition-channel efficiency.
- Decompose margin movements to identify rate and mix drivers within the payments engine.
- Build and iterate on AI/LLM-powered workflows to automate manual FP&A tasks and accelerate insights.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for P&L forecasting and customer acquisition.
- Create automated dashboards to provide leadership with on-demand, data-driven financial visibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Finance Business Partnering.
- Hands-on experience building workflows or tools using AI/LLMs.
- Strong proficiency in SQL or BI tools for self-serving data analysis.
- Solid grasp of statistical concepts applied to forecasting and business analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills with a focus on model auditability and integrity.
Nice to have
- CA, CPA, CFA, or CIMA qualification.
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
- Background in Financial Services or the Payments industry.
- Management consulting experience.
