What you will do

• Provide leverage to clients by understanding and prioritizing their needs while scaling CFO services.
• Bring transparency to founders, VCs, established General Partners, and LPs, helping them make informed decisions using our tools and resources.
• Improve our product and software by working with product and engineering teams to develop our Venture Capital product suite.
• Turn a service industry into a software business through consulting with clients and implementing our Fund Administration software.
• Review client deliverables, including financial packages, capital calls, distributions, and ad-hoc client requests.
• Assist the Senior Director in executing new and current processes within the team and ensure the accounting team is SOC compliant in all processes and procedures.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in the Venture Capital or Private Equity industry.
• Experience maintaining, managing, and nurturing multiple client relationships.
• Experience interpreting Limited Partnership Agreements and Private Placement Memorandums.
• Experience reviewing financial statements and footnotes.
• Experience in understanding and working on Waterfall calculations, management fees, and carried interest allocations.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Nice to have

• Private credit experience.
• CPA or CMA certification.
