What you will do

• Lead brand health tracking and recurring monthly or quarterly studies.
• Deliver quantitative ad-hoc projects including U&A, pricing, and ad evaluation.
• Interpret trends and movements across data waves to provide strategic recommendations.
• Translate complex data into clear, insight-led business implications.
• Partner closely with marketing and business stakeholders to drive impact.
• Manage research agencies to ensure project quality, speed, and relevance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Statistics, Economics, or Engineering.
• At least 4 years of experience in Consumer or Market Insights.
• Proven experience in brand tracking and quantitative ad-hoc studies.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel for survey data handling and analysis.
• Expertise in MS PowerPoint for insight-led storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients in parallel.
