What you will do

• Develop and maintain operational monitoring tools, dashboards, and KPI tracking systems to support data-driven management decisions.
• Manage the accurate distribution of reports to all relevant internal stakeholders and business units.
• Design and implement non-financial motivation programs and new incentive schemes, including backtesting for effectiveness.
• Translate Collection business requirements into technical and data specifications for the Analytics team.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the Collection Division in coordinating with other internal business units.
• Prepare periodic operational performance and quality assurance reports with efficiency enhancement recommendations.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Jakarta, Indonesia
• Bachelor's Degree (S1) from a reputable university.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar analytical role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using Big Query and/or SQL.
