What you will do

• Ideate and produce high-volume social-native video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms
• Shoot, edit, and appear on camera for formats like vox pops, street interviews, taste tests, case studies, and trend-driven edits
• Create performance marketing, CRM, and campaign assets, including social carousels, infographics, and web visuals
• Use AI tools across video, image, audio, and copy to scale creative output and explore AI-led production
• Manage publishing and community engagement across platforms by interacting with audiences, creators, and restaurant partners
• Collaborate with the Social & Content Lead and marketing team, and iterate based on performance and engagement signals

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience producing content in a brand, agency, creator, or in-house environment
• Strong video production fundamentals: comfortable behind the camera, in front of the camera, and editing on mobile and desktop
• Demonstrable AI fluency and willingness to integrate AI into the creative workflow
• Basic design skills with an eye for visual aesthetic, typography, and brand consistency
• Deep platform expertise across social channels with strong instincts for trends and what resonates at scale
• Confidence to approach strangers, restaurant owners, and customers to capture content
