What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding website edits and inquiries.
• Execute website updates directly within the hirify.global CMS.
• Perform thorough quality control checks on all completed tasks to ensure precision.
• Document all client interactions, inquiries, and solutions within the CSX system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client challenges.
• Provide timely and professional responses via email, phone, and ticketing systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in a support or client-facing role.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify participant).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
