Salary: $131,300 – $195,400 per year

What you will do

• Implement end-to-end AI/ML and GenAI projects, covering data preparation, model development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Design and deploy high-performance, reliable, and secure machine learning pipelines.
• Build scalable ML solutions and operations (MLOps) leveraging AWS services and Generative AI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Applied Science, DevOps, Data Engineering) to operationalize AI models.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers regarding cloud architectures and AI/ML industry trends.
• Mentor team members and create reusable artifacts to share knowledge within the organization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building machine learning and generative AI models for business applications.
• 3+ years of customer-facing experience solving business problems with advanced technologies.
• Proficiency in coding, data querying languages (SQL), and scripting (Python).
• Experience with AWS cloud services specifically related to machine learning (e.g., hirify.global SageMaker).
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI agents and orchestration frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
• Proficiency in PyTorch or TensorFlow for deep learning and computer vision.
• Knowledge of AWS Bedrock, EC2, ECS, EKS, or OpenSearch.
• Domain expertise in healthcare and life sciences.
• Relevant AWS certifications.
